Questions
What counts as an analysis?
Each resume you upload and analyze counts as one, with or without a job description. Re-opening a saved result does not.
What happens to the analysis I ran before signing in?
It moves into your account when you sign in and counts as one of your two free analyses. Once you're on Pro, it shows up in your history with the rest.
When does my monthly allowance reset?
On your renewal date each month. Unused analyses don't roll over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing on your profile. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account returns to Free.
Who handles payment?
Payments are processed by Bachs. Your card details go straight to them and never touch DevRel Compass.
